In case you didn’t know my name is Brinks. I sincerely apologize that you have not gotten more memos from the food bowl of Brinks lately as I have been very busy.
I am the pack leader of 14 dogs, always ever vigilant to any need my human Daddy(Matt) has, involved in approving and training any service dog in training at Freedom Fidos.Additionally, I don’t sleep at night because I stay awake in order to save my Daddy’s life when he stops breathing: sometimes up to ten time a minute. Since I am such an “everything” dog and my Daddy says; ‘Brinks knows” please pardon me if I can only stop to paw out short food bowl memos to yawl. Just in case you are wondering about my writing style, I am All Canine, totally present in the moment and I don’t know or worry about many of the social rules you humans think about.
If you didn’t know I am the initial co-founder, visionary that knew I had to prompt my Daddy to start an organization involving my indescribable fellow Canines to help Veterans, Children with Special Needs, and First Responders. Like all Canines I was tapped in to universal balance which I passed on to my Daddy through my leash so he could help people.
You see, my Daddy had so much inner turmoil and was very out of balance. Like all canines can do if they are allowed by their human I started giving balance back to my Daddy. I am very responsible for consistently providing Daddy the opportunity to tap into that balance every day. I am so glad he does because it makes my heart so happy to help Canines and amazing people who want to join our pack( Sorry Dad, community, tribe, and other words you use, aren’t in my barkubulary)
Because I am a Rottweiler/ Shepherd mix sometimes the way I look scares people. I wish they would know that I have a HUGE wonderful heart. I have saved my Daddy’s life countless times. The first time I saved my Daddy’s life he had passed out due to being more prone to head injuries since he has Traumatic Brain Injuries he got from four blast explosions.
At ten months old,as a pet, with no formal training, I jumped a five foot wire fence, went to the neighbor’s house and scratched at the door, then jumped over the same fence, went and got the cell phone and dropped it on Daddy’s chest and licked his face until the ambulance arrived.
I have heard Daddy tell many people it was one of the most impactful, life changing moments of his life. He tells me in that moment I gave him his commission, passion, vision, and life purpose. I am so honored I was the vessel which greatly altered the course of Daddy’s life. You See, my Daddy had been in the military and wanted to be in law enforcement, YET, because I was tapped into universal consciousness, in ONE MOMENT, I showed my Daddy his new journey. I altered my Daddy’s mental pathways so quickly.
I told Dad, "hey man, our journey, TOGETHER, is to be a heart led mission to help rescue canines and bring them together with a human/handler to enrich the lives of many. So they can embark on a collaborative journey leading to a meaningful life.
My Dad just asked me to bring him his sweat pants so that means it’s time for me to lay at his neck making sure to keep him alive while he sleeps. So I guess I will stop for now, but there is SO MUCH MORE I want to tell you. Please stay posted for more Brink's Dog Food Bowl memos to come soon.
I want to send a quick bark out to all my brother and sister canines which I love. Yall rock on, ok. To all yall humanoids PLEASE keep trusting my brother and sister canines allowing us to enrich your lives, give you balance, and teach you more then you could ever imagine.
